First made a nasty noise on a recorder aged 4. Gradually moved on to making slightly nicer noise in various guises. Played guitar, keys and bass in numerous bands including The Train Robbers, Honey Slides, Elevator, JoGo Daydream, Strange Fruit, and Storyville.
